The main office is located in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, with the majority of the supporting staff based here. The satellite office in Wicklow provides regional services in the East Coast area plus additional technical support to the main office, whilst the Southern Region Office concentrates on the south of the country. Due to the locations of the offices, we are able to cover the entire country.
Krystyna Rawicz, as managing director, is directly responsible for all office output; however, her style of management is that of responsible delegation. Where tasks are capable of being handled by the staff, these are assigned to the relevant person and with minimum supervision, are activated.
Major projects, such as the larger projects and construction monitoring commissions, are generally personally controlled and managed by Krystyna herself. All technical and administrative support is then assigned to the relevant staff members. |
