Managing Director

Krystyna has nearly 30 years' experience in Project Management and Building Surveying.

In that time she has worked in private practice and local government, and has been involved in a wide variety of project types for many different clients.

She came to Ireland in 1994 to head up the Building Surveying Department for Hamilton Osborne King (now Savills) in Dublin and established her own practice, KRA Visionary Project Partners, in 2000.

Krystyna is an extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced professional.

She brings a pragmatic problem solving approach together with the highest professional skills to all her appointments.

Krystyna has recently completed the Certificate in Business Sustainability Management at University of Cambridge, and is currently enrolled on the NZEB course at Dublin IT.

Student member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

Ryszard graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2015 having spent the last 10 years studying part-time whilst working full time for Nottingham City Council as a Building Surveyor/Project Officer.

During this time he has gained valuable experience in a range of surveying services including Building Pathology, Condition/Measured Surveys, Minor Works Projects, and Contract Administration.

Ryszard is passionate about building surveying and has recently relocated with his family to Ireland to join the KRA team.

B.Sc. (Hons) Building Surveying

Micheal graduated with a B.Sc.(Hons.) Degree in Building Surveying from London South Bank University and has over ten years' experience in the construction industry.

He has been involved in the management of a number of prestigious projects, both commercial and residential.  He also has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial and residential projects, including building surveys, specialising in defect analysis and building pathology, dilapidations and schedules of condition.  Prior to joining KRA Micheal worked on a variety of projects as consultant building surveyor within Ireland and across Europe including various prestigious conservation projects.

M.Sc. Renewable Energy

Finnbar has worked in KRA since 2011, initially giving IT and logistical support, before moving to non-executive director of KRA Visionary, and finally to his role as the Technical Director of KRA Renewables.

After his MA, Finnbar worked in Data Analytics with OSG Vericlaim (now Sedgewick Ireland), and worked in both the Data Analytics and Audit departments of KPMG. These experiences help with modelling work for KRA Renewables, and with performing technical due diligence.

 Finnbar went back to study Renewable Energy at a masters level and now works on technical analysis for KRA Renewables, and on technoeconomic modelling for a large Dutch consortium.

B.Sc. (Hons) Building Surveying

Artur joined the KRA team after graduating from Dundalk Institute of Technology with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Building Surveying.  Since then, Artur has provided support to his senior colleagues as a graduate surveyor on various projects which include measured surveys, planning applications, condition surveys, design and project management.  Artur also provides CAD and 3D modelling support to his colleagues and KRA's clients.

Artur is currently enrolled in the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).

Artur has been a great addition to the KRA team, assisting his fellow colleagues with getting deadlines completed on time, to a high degree of quality and professionalism.

P.A. to Managing Director/ Office Manager

Rachel joined the KRA team in June 2016. Prior to this, Rachel completed a four-year Bachelor of Business Degree with an achievement of First Class Honours. This has contributed to her personal and professional growth in her position as office manager / PA to Managing Director.

She has previously worked in hospitality and telecommunications, bringing experience and knowledge to her role here at KRA.

Rachel has recently completed the Certificate in ECDL at Wexford CTEC, as well as the Certificate in Project Management and Communication at Carlow IT.

Creative Director Director of Marketing & Development

BA Interior Architecture and Design

Zofia has been working for KRA Visionary Project Partners for almost nine years. She has worked in various roles within the company during this time including Office Administrator, Interior Designer and Non-Executive Director, before commencing her current role as Creative Director / Director of Marketing and Development.

After graduating, Zofia took the role of Non-Executive Director with KRA while she pursued a career in interior design. She worked for Enigma Design for 2.5 years where she specialised in the design and project management of bespoke joinery and kitchen installations. During this time she managed a large number of high-end residential projects, as well as working with various commercial clients and fit-out contractors on large commercial projects.

Zofia now works full-time at KRA, undertaking various interior design projects while also concentrating on the on-going marketing and development of the company.

Office Administrator

BA Interior Architecture and Design

Louise joined the admin team in 2018, having previously worked as a PA / office administrator at a busy engineering firm.

Prior to this she worked in management, having completed courses in both Computer Aided Design and Graphic Design.
